Double Chocolate Chip Brownies

From Chocolate Lovers: The Beautiful Cookbook
Ingredients:
- 125g unsalted butter (or just regular tbh)
- 60g dark or cooking chocolate
- 250g raw sugar
- 60g self-raising flower, sifted
- 60g pecans or walnuts, chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 165g chocolate chips (or more if you want)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Melt butter and chocolate in a microwave.
- Combine with sugar, flour, nuts and vanilla in a large bowl, stirring with a wooden spoon.
- Mix in eggs, then chocolate chips.
- Pour into a square cake tin ~20cm² either greased or lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
